Sugar Bear
A sweet young dog was wandering the streets alone & lost when he found me. No collar, no microchip & no home—he desperately needed help. Brickell Animal Hospital came to our rescue! They compassionately gave him the best, most judicious medical treatment imaginable, & aptly nicknamed him “Sugar Bear”. With their excellent veterinary abilities & their loving affection, Sugar Bear blossomed. Their tireless focus even inspired others to help with Sugar Bear’s cause. We emailed his picture & plea for a home to everyone we knew & to a dozen rescue groups. Sugar Bear’s story has the happiest of endings—he was enthusiastically adopted by an Orlando couple (he was a great passenger & companion for the trip to Orlando), & they adore him as much as he adores them.
